Our Soul was honestly very dirty with lots of dog hair, and I mean LOTS!!! We took it to Michael, and even though he told us he didn't think he could do well, he did an EXCELLENT job!!! It looked new again! Sure there was a LITTLE (very little) hair, but most was GONE!! Thanks, Michael!!
